This policy explains what information Dainty Affairs Bakery collects when you use this website, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, delivery date and the details of your order, including any text, notes and photos you add. When you send a special request we collect the same contact details, your event details and any photos you upload.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to bake, deliver and support your order or request: to contact you about it, to send your receipt and the photo of your cake for approval, and to deliver it. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone except the services we need to complete your order, such as our payment provider (Paystack) and our delivery riders.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Paystack. We never see or store your full card details.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as the law requires for our accounts. You can ask us to delete special requests and photos you sent at any time.
