Refund and Returns Policy
At Dainty Affairs Bakery, we take customer feedback very seriously. Refund and Returns Policy: Your order has been specifically baked and customized for you based on the brief or selection you have made from our ONLINE cake store. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, do let us know immediately once the cake has been received. If you select the delivery option, please fill in the Customer feedback form you will be given to by the Delivery Service Driver stating what the issue is or call Customer care at (080)-291-41548
Refunds
Refunds and Returns are not allowed. Depending on what the issue & circumstance is, Dainty Affairs Bakery will either replace the order entirely at no cost from the customer.
This, however, is based on Management’s discretion after the situation has been fully considered.
