Refunds & Cancellations:
We are unable to offer any refunds for cancellations at any time for any reason once a payment has been made. Please check the dates and make proper arrangements before you book any of our products.
Rules & Regulations
There will be a 30min break and you will be allowed to bring your own packed Lunch.
Tea, coffee, biscuits and fruits are provided by Dainty Affairs throughout the day.
We provide students with aprons for use throughout the course. The aprons remain a property of the Dainty Affairs Academy and must be returned at the end of the course.
Wear solid, comfortable shoes (no high heels please). We recommend students avoid wearing warm and bulky clothing, as the classroom may get quite hot (especially during baking courses).
Code of Conduct:
Students are required to neatly tie back long hair at all times. They are also advised against wearing jewelry. Students are NOT permitted to use mobile phones in the classroom, with the exception of using the camera function. Videos are strictly prohibited.
If a student cannot attend a course:
Dainty Affairs Bakery is unable to offer refunds on any courses booked. Transfers to another class may be made. In this case, let us know by email at least 1 month prior to the commencement of the class. In the event that you are unable to attend a class and would like to send someone to replace you, please notify thus as well by email to [email protected]
If Dainty Affairs Bakery has to cancel a course:
We reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course if it sees necessary. In the unlikely event that a course needs to be cancelled or re-scheduled, we will give as much notice as possible. We will offer a full refund of the cost of the course fee only, or the option to transfer to another available course.
Changes to a course:
From time to time it is necessary to update, improve or amend existing course formats according to customer feedback, market trends or for operational reasons. We reserves the right to change or make adjustments to the content of any course without giving prior notice to existing bookings. This will not affect the quality or value of the tuition.

Mentoring Sessions with Lolade Ogunjimi can only be confirmed based on payment on a 1st pay, 1st book basis.
Full commitment is required on the part of the Mentee. We want to see you grow.
Live Demo Session and Cake Fellowship 2017:
At this Session students will watch live the decoration of our popular Cake design The Rustic Elegance by our Creative Director; Lolade Ogunjimi.
The Cake Fellowship is a special program created to help up-and-coming cake artists make the leap from amateur artists to professional cake decorators. It is a forum where passionate Cakers like you come together to learn proven tips & Principles that will help you launch or grow your own cake business successfully.
This Year’s Cake fellowship will entail the following:
- Recipes Trouble shoot talk, How to get the best of your Cake recipes. We will feature the perfectly baked Rich Fruit cake; featuring Live our Rich Fruit cake baked November 2016.
- Serious Cake-Talk, setting up the proper structure for your cake business: Organisation, Registration, Legal and Tax talk.
- How to make Friends, Family and Potential Customers take your business seriously.
- How to turn your Cake business into a profitable one right from your home.
- Social Media, You and your Cake Business
- Tangible Tips for starting your own Cake Blog or Professional eCommerce Website: From setup all the check out and to Payment portal.
Location for the Live Demo Class is at Omole Phase 2, Ikeja. Specific address will be sent to participants once payment has been made.
